They are all my absolute heroes and I am so so so so so thankful for their help! Again, long flight, jet lag, taking time off work, people would not imagine how much logistics are involved every time we plan one of this trips. The good thing is that everyone told me Chris was cracking up the whole time and laughing as he was being maneuvered around…
I saw Chris coming out of the terminal drooling so much and a bit with his head down (surely of tiredness). It broke my heart – as usual… I went to spent the night at the hospital with Chris and even though Chris was visibly tired, he did not sleep that much (neither did I). At times, he was screaming, agitated, then would calm when I went to talk to him. This is VERY upsetting to me because it makes me wonder if he spends many nights like this, agitated, screaming … and no one is there to see it at all… if you over-think about every aspect of his condition, one can go completely insane, sometimes I just need to let go and trust he is overall fine.
The nurses kept coming in every 4 hours to turn him. He was a bit red on his skin because of the long time seating so they are doing everything to prevent bed sores. I am hoping Chris re-adjusts back to the
