Gabriel and I arrived at 6:45 PM this evening. As usual Gabriel raced out from the elevator, he got to the room first and yelled at me from the door: “Papai dormindo!” (“Daddy sleeping”). Chris was very peacefully asleep so I let him continue to do so and played with Gabriel, gave him his dinner (instant Korean noodles and potato chips). Chris only woke up at 7:30 PM when Dr. Zhou arrived for the acupuncture session. Chris was calm and quiet throughout the entire session, he focused and stared at me and was mostly very calm, except for the occasional groan as if complaining. No smiles tonight off course only because I had my camera ready...

 

I showed Dr. Zhou how Chris lifts his right arm now. It is almost certain he will lift his arm upon a gentle touch on his right hand or right arm; occasionally Chris lifted upon my talking to him… it’s a slight lift, but noticeable – I guess progress in any event and hopefully it will evolve to more? So Chris lifted his right arm twice tonight for us.

 

We left around 9:00 PM and Dr. Zhou was just starting the massage session with Chris.
